At Gem Glow, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full product refund will be issued.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
