At Gem Glow, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full product refund will be issued.
